This should be a wonderful fridge. Instead it is a total space waster. If I could, I would return it. I never dreamed the track to adjust a refrigerator's shelves could be so limited that you can't use the shelf space in a normal way. The main part of the fridgetrack ends so high that you cannot drop the shelf lower than 7.5" from the bottom of the compartment; so the space on the bottom shelf is needlessly tall. But the top shelf space is even taller, at 8.5"! Once again, the track ends before it should so you can't raise the topmost shelf to make the space on the top shelf any smaller. This leaves you with a miserly 4.5" in the middle section. Then there is the 'snack area' (what brainiac came up with this?) a section in the main part of the fridge that is below the produce bins (but above the middle drawer), This 'Snack zone' is too shallow to store anything the size of a block of cheese! Unless you store a lot of flat stuff (pita bread, string cheese, thin packages of lunch meat???) this space is useless. Why wasn't the produce bin dropped into that space, so the main part of the fridge would be roomier? I never had to check how shelves could be arranged when shopping for a fridge before because having sully adjustable shelves is just basic fridge design 101; lesson learned, I will check from now on. I wish I could return this thing.

Enjoying my first fridge with ice and water in door - works well. Temperatures seem evenly cool and fridge and freezer seem to be performing well. We have been using flex drawer as freezer. Unfortunately there was a regional power outage for about an hour over night. Power was restored. Unfortunately on power up the flex drawer resets itself to refrigerator mode - probably somewhere in documentation it may state this but we were not aware. The power interruption red light was on - but we were not aware this meant the flex drawer changed mode. The refrigerator and freezer seemed to be fine. Upon discovering melted ice cream, rubbery meat and assorted other spoiled items in the flex drawer, we realized the poor design. (As an electrical engineer I know the settings are probably stored in dram instead of sram). Very unfortunate. When we go on vacation we will need to make sure our drawer is not in freezer mode in case of power outage. Disappointed in drawer design of otherwise nice fridge/freezer. We chose this refrigerator over another brand due to this drawer and what was a selling point is a liability.

Have only had it a few weeks but loving it so far. It looks great, runs quiet and has so much room! My only suggestion would be that you include wording on the manual that "it may take up to 24 hours to make ice". We had to look that up online as we were unsure if the ice maker was working or not.

Happy with refrigerator so far. The layout is thoughtful and makes it feel spacious. The freezer organization isn't quite as good as the refrigerator organization but it is solid given the nature of the freezers on a french door refrigerator. Everything works as advertised and it looks nice.

Overall this is a really good refrigerator some of the things that keeps it from being a five is when you pull out the drawers they can be a kind of noisy they're not as smooth as my previous refrigerator but they'll do, also when you push the water dispenser it makes a lot of noise from the top but overall I like the refrigerator and I will purchase it again
