Had the dehumidifier for a few weeks and it works great, pulls a lot of moisture out, have to empty a lot which is really good inthis instance.

If I could review a product/company and give 0 stars then I would. The product was poor. It broke in less than a year. What has been astounding is how terrible the customer service has been. As the dehumidifier was within the one year warranty period we were eligible for a replacement. However obtaining this has been an appalling process. Wait times on the phone are astronomical. Once connected you reach someone who is uninformed of the correct process and always directs you to submit your claim and information to an email address that has no response or feedback. I have been attempting this process for months now with no success. After this experience, I would never recommend any Frigidaire product to anyone else.

We have a Frigidaire dehumidifier that we bought in 2008 and it has worked very well all these years. It runs in our basement most of the time and is fairly loud. The new one that we recently purchased is much quieter and will hopefully last for quite a few years. Very pleased with this purchase!

Here in Miami Florida humidity is a constant, and our walk-in closet is carpeted which retains a lot of moisture that is further retained by the hanging clothes. I plugged in this dehumidifier and set it to 45% and by the end of the day the bucket is full, which is amazing because that water would otherwise be in the clothes and the carpet resulting in mold. I keep the fan on the medium setting and it is not noticeable from the other rooms. I am very pleased with this unit.

I have had my dehumidifier for about a week, and it has been great! I ran it on continuous in my bedroom/bathroom side of the apartment (about 300 sqft) and within a day it was noticeably drier. After the second day of running it, our bathroom was completely arid, and my skin was starting to crack so I had to turn it off. Very easy to move (love the wheels!) and super easy to empty. I really like the red floaty bar so you can easily tell from far away if it is close to needing emptying. Perfect for my humid small space to avoid mold and asthma/breathing issues. I have yet to try the timer function but was disappointed to read in the manual that the timer is actually a delay start timer rather than a duration timer. I think for a small space that needs to be quickly dehumidified this is a great choice. I hope it lasts a long time!

I replaced my basement dehumidifier that was 4 years old. My new Frigidaire ran quietly and after the initial CO period I went down to adjust it to the humidity level I wanted and noticed right away that my basement felt drier than it did with my previous unit even when it was new. so its quieter, more efficient and it costs less than my previous unit did. So far, whats not to love?

I love my new side by side! The best part is getting cold water from the door! Cubed ice or crushed ice is so simple as well. Plenty of space for fruits, vegetables and even those batteries we all need have a special place.

Although the HD was not high by curiosity the first day I got it I made it work over night. The next morning to my surprise I noticed the level of water was high. I put the water in a one gallon water glass container. It was almost full. Wow! I wanted a machine to collect water from thin air. This dehumidifier works perfectly. I can filter the water myself to drink the water. This dehumidifier is just what I was need for water emergency. It fits my budget. I am impressed.

Working out great so far. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, and I'm emptying the bucket/tank about twice a day. I read so many reviews for dehumidifiers that didn't last, but Frigidaire seemed to be the most reliable brand. Fingers crossed.

I bought my Frigidaire Dehumidifier for my garage to cut down on the humidity in the summer. I have a split in there but on high humidity 90 degree plus days it gets overwhelmed and can™™t keep it cool in there. Shortly after I purchased the product we got about three days of heavy, heavy rain which caused some minor water leaks in our basement. I was able to bring the humidifier down, set on high, and after a little clean up work kept the basement from having any damage or mold issues. It™™s not ™whisper quiet™ but on the med setting (what it generally stays on in the garage) is no louder than a small modern fridge when it kicks on. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Got this to fit in my garage in upstate NY. The spring and summer seasons have been wet and humid with a resurgence of water issues. This unit fits well, is relatively quiet, and extremely efficient at removing water from the air and any influx through the foundation.Extremely pleased with the unit.

I live in an area with high humidity, but I prefer not to use A/C. I needed a reasonably priced dehumidifier unit that would take care of my 1000 sq ft apartment in summer. The unit has wheels that easily move it from room to room, but it turned out that I didn't really have to. I set it in a central area and the humidity was reduced in both bedrooms and the main room/kitchen area without having to move it all. It works quietly and efficiently. The filter is very easy to clean. The bucket is easy to remove, is not too heavy when full, and the handle and splash guard allow me to carry it to the bathtub to empty without any spills. The size and appearance are unobtrusive. I don't think I could have made a better choice for my circumstances. I would highly recommend this dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier by Frigidaire significantly reduces humidity in my bathroom, walk-in closet and master's bedroom in fast way. I both the smallest size due to space constraint but still working efficiently. I also like the down firing design of airflow perfect for bathroom use that doesn't make you chill while taking a shower. Good job Frigidaire.

Got this to put in my utility shed which often smells damp and musty. Have the humidity set at 50%. Sometimes the dehumidifier runs at 45% and sometimes at 55% and not always at 50%. Not sure if that is normal or not. Customer service was not helpful when I called.

Hello, I bought a dehumidifier to help keep down the humidity in my home during the humid NC summer. It has really helped keep the house more comfortable and allowed me to keep AC temp warmer than usual. The only downside is the unit is a bit loud and blows out warm air so I placed it in the living room we don't use as much away from our common areas.

Stopped working after a couple of months. It doesn't collect water anymore. Despite the hefty price, the warranty is valid for one year only. Moreover, it will only replace the faulty unit with another faulty unit. There is no way to get our money back. It's not worth it to do business with this company.

This compact and efficient dehumidifier is perfect the master bedroom in my home. I have a humidity gauge and it brings the humidity down from 75% to 50% in only 2.5 hours! It's quiet and has a sleek appearance. The receptacle where the water collects even has a handle which makes it easier empty out the water. I like the timer feature. I highly recommend it!
